THE 2026 WILD FLY SWEEPSTAKES
OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR BOOKING NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor and Prize Provider
The 2026 Wild Fly Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored and administered by Wild Fly Productions, LLC (“Sponsor” or “Wild Fly”).
SET Fly Fishing, LLC (“SET”) is the prize provider and travel fulfillment partner.

The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube, Google, Instagram, Meta, or any other social media platform used to promote it.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.
The following individuals are not eligible:
- Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and representatives of Wild Fly Productions, LLC or SET Fly Fishing, LLC.
- Employees, contractors, or representatives of any organization directly involved in administering or fulfilling the Sweepstakes.
- Immediate family members of any excluded individual, including spouses, parents, children, and siblings.
- Individuals residing in the same household as any excluded individual, whether related or not.
All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Sweepstakes Entry Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on October 21, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on December 31, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).
All entries must be received during the Promotion Period to qualify.
The Sponsor’s records will serve as the official timekeeping method for the Sweepstakes.
4. How to Enter
Eligible participants may enter the Sweepstakes through the following methods during the Promotion Period.
A. Free Online Entry — No Purchase Necessary
Participants may enter without making a purchase, booking a trip, or providing payment information.
To enter for free:

Complete the official Sweepstakes registration form.
Submit the form during the Promotion Period.
Each eligible participant will receive one (1) entry upon successful submission.
No purchase, payment, booking, or subscription is required to participate.
B. Merchandise Purchase Entries
Eligible participants who purchase qualifying merchandise through the official Wild Fly online store during the Promotion Period may receive additional Sweepstakes entries.
For every $5.00 USD spent on qualifying merchandise, excluding taxes, shipping, and other non-merchandise charges, the participant will receive one (1) additional entry.
Examples:
- $25 qualifying purchase = 5 entries
- $50 qualifying purchase = 10 entries
- $100 qualifying purchase = 20 entries
Entries are calculated using the qualifying merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes and shipping.
Partial increments of $5.00 do not generate additional entries.
Merchandise purchases must be completed during the Promotion Period and attributable to an eligible participant.
Purchases that are canceled, refunded, returned, reversed, or determined to be fraudulent will not qualify for entries. The Sponsor reserves the right to remove associated entries.
C. Hosted Argentina Trip Booking Entries
Eligible participants who reserve a spot on one of Wild Fly’s qualifying 2027 hosted Argentina fishing trips during the Promotion Period may receive five hundred (500) additional entries.
The qualifying trips are:
- Golden Dorado Hosted Trip: October 30–November 6, 2027.
- Patagonia Trout Hosted Trip: November 6–13, 2027.
To qualify for booking entries, the participant must:
Complete the official Sweepstakes registration form.
Reserve a spot on one of the eligible hosted trips through the designated Wild Fly and SET booking process.
Complete the required trip deposit during the Promotion Period.
Receive booking confirmation from SET Fly Fishing.
Booking records must match the eligible Sweepstakes participant.
An inquiry, email signup, waitlist registration, or expression of interest does not qualify as a confirmed booking.
Only one qualifying 500-entry award will be issued per eligible participant, regardless of the number of trips booked.
Bookings that are canceled, refunded, transferred, reversed, or determined to be fraudulent before winner selection will not qualify for booking entries.
D. Alternative Method of Entry — Mail-In Entry
No purchase or trip booking is necessary to receive additional Sweepstakes entries.
Eligible participants may obtain additional entries at no cost through the Sponsor’s designated mail-in entry process. Mailing address: 7827 Noland Woods Drive, Charlotte, NC 28277. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person. Mail-in submissions must be postmarked by December 21, 2026. Each submission must include the entrant’s name, phone number, email address, and what they are excited about regarding the trip.
Free entries and purchase-related entries will have equal weight in the random drawing.
5. Entry Limits and Verification
Each participant may submit one initial registration and accumulate additional entries through the methods described above, subject to a maximum of 1,000 entries per person across all entry methods.
Entries may not be sold, transferred, exchanged, or assigned.
Participants may not use multiple identities, fraudulent accounts, automated systems, bots, or other deceptive methods to obtain additional entries.
The Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility, purchase records, booking confirmations, and compliance with these Official Rules.
Entries that violate these Official Rules may be disqualified.
6. Grand Prize
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a hosted Argentina fly fishing trip for one eligible person, provided through SET Fly Fishing.
The winner may select one of the following trips, subject to availability and confirmation:
Option 1: Golden Dorado Hosted Trip
October 30–November 6, 2027
A hosted fly fishing experience in northern Argentina targeting golden dorado.
Option 2: Patagonia Trout Hosted Trip
November 6–13, 2027
A hosted fly fishing experience based at Spring Creek Lodge in Patagonia, Argentina.
Prize Includes:
One (1) spot on the selected hosted trip with an all-inclusive fishing package provided by SET Fly Fishing, including lodging, guided fishing, meals and beverages, ground transfers, fishing equipment and licenses, plus round-trip airfare for the winner, subject to the exclusions below.
Prize Does Not Include Unless Expressly Stated Above:
- Passport acquisition or renewal costs, travel insurance, personal purchases and incidental expenses, gratuities, meals, beverages, or activities outside the included itinerary, additional lodging or transportation outside the scheduled trip, costs incurred because of flight delays, cancellations, missed connections, or personal itinerary changes, and any other expenses not expressly identified as included.
The winner is responsible for possessing all required travel documentation and satisfying applicable travel requirements.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $7850 USD.
The actual value may vary depending on the selected trip and travel arrangements. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded in cash.
Travel must occur during the selected trip’s published dates.
The winner must be available to travel during one of these periods. Failure to travel during the applicable dates may result in forfeiture of the prize.
Trip selection is subject to availability, operational considerations, and final confirmation by Wild Fly and SET.
The prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative. Wild Fly may substitute a prize of comparable or greater value if the trip cannot be provided for any reason.
7. Previously Booked Trip Participants
If the Grand Prize winner has already booked a qualifying 2027 Wild Fly hosted Argentina trip, Wild Fly will provide the prize toward the winner’s existing reservation, subject to the prize terms.
For the winner’s qualifying reservation:
- Previously paid qualifying trip deposits will be refunded.
- Remaining qualifying trip package charges will be covered up to the stated prize benefits.
- Included travel benefits will be provided according to the same terms applicable to other eligible winners.
Refunds and covered expenses apply only to the winner’s individual trip reservation.
The prize does not cover additional guests, companions, or separate reservations.
This provision does not modify the standard cancellation or deposit terms applicable to other participants.
8. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected through a random drawing conducted on or about January 5, 2027, from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The drawing will be administered by Wild Fly Productions or its designated representative.
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided during registration within five (5) business days following the drawing.
The potential winner must accept the prize and provide the required information within seventy-two (72) hours of the initial notification.
Before receiving the prize, the potential winner may be required to:
- Verify identity and eligibility.
- Complete an affidavit or declaration of eligibility.
- Execute a liability release and, where legally permitted, a publicity release.
- Provide tax information necessary for required reporting.
- Confirm availability for the selected travel dates.
- Complete applicable travel documentation.
If the potential winner fails to respond within the specified period, cannot be contacted, is ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to complete required documentation, the Sponsor may disqualify that individual and select an alternate potential winner through a new random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
The same notification and verification procedures will apply to alternate winners.
The Sponsor may repeat this process as necessary to award the prize.
No participant is considered an official winner until eligibility has been verified and all required documentation has been completed.
9. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.
Each valid entry has an equal chance of selection in the random drawing.
10. Taxes
Winner is responsible for all taxes; Wild Fly will issue Form 1099-MISC for the prize’s retail value.
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with accepting the prize.
The winner may be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before receiving the prize.
Failure to provide required tax documentation may result in prize forfeiture, subject to applicable law.
11. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s permission for Wild Fly Productions, LLC and SET Fly Fishing, LLC to use the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, hometown, and statements concerning the Sweepstakes for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Any additional filming, interviews, or content production involving the winner may be subject to a separate written agreement.
Participation in the Sweepstakes does not require entrants to submit photographs, videos, or other creative content.
12. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor regarding administration of the Sweepstakes, which will be final to the extent permitted by law.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who:
- Submits fraudulent or inaccurate information.
- Attempts to manipulate or interfere with the entry process.
- Uses automated entry systems, bots, scripts, or multiple fraudulent identities.
- Attempts to interfere with the fair administration of the Sweepstakes.
- Violates these Official Rules or applicable law.
The Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to suspend, modify, or cancel the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, natural disasters, government restrictions, travel disruptions, or other events beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control compromise the integrity, security, fairness, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.
If the Sweepstakes is terminated early, the Sponsor may, where lawful, select a winner from eligible entries received before termination.
The Sponsor will not be responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or not received due to technical failures or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where superseded by applicable law.
13. Liability Release
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Wild Fly Productions, LLC, SET Fly Fishing, LLC, their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, representatives, and promotional partners from claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except where such release is prohibited or limited by law.
The prize involves international travel and outdoor recreational activities, including fly fishing.
The winner acknowledges that travel and outdoor recreation involve inherent risks and may be required to execute separate travel and activity waivers before participating.
Nothing in these Official Rules excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Any disputes arising from the Sweepstakes shall be governed by North Carolina law, subject to applicable federal and state consumer protection requirements.
14. Privacy and Marketing Communications
Personal information collected through the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, and fulfill the prize.
Information may be shared with SET Fly Fishing and service providers as reasonably necessary for Sweepstakes administration and prize fulfillment.
Entrants may separately opt in to receive promotional emails and marketing communications from Wild Fly through a separate, unchecked checkbox: “Yes, send me Wild Fly’s welcome emails, trip updates, and offers. I can unsubscribe at any time. Signing up is optional and does not affect my giveaway entry or chances of winning.”
Consent to receive marketing communications is not required to enter or win.
Participants who choose to subscribe may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
Unsubscribing from marketing emails will not invalidate otherwise eligible Sweepstakes entries.
15. Social Media and YouTube Disclaimer
The Sweepstakes may be promoted through YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with these platforms.
Entrants release YouTube and other applicable platforms from liability relating to the Sweepstakes to the extent permitted by law.
Participation must comply with applicable platform terms and community guidelines.
No platform is responsible for selecting the winner or fulfilling the prize.
16. Winner Information
To request the name of the confirmed Grand Prize winner, send a written request to:

Requests for winner information must be received by January 31, 2027, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.
The Sponsor may provide the winner’s first name, last initial, and state of residence, subject to applicable law.
